Who Is Responsible for the Information

CrenavoLab Ltd, company number 17448744, is responsible for personal information submitted through this website and trades publicly as CrenavoLab. Its registered office and correspondence address is Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom. The business provides remote services to clients worldwide. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@crenavolab.com, posted to that address with “Suite RA01” included, or submitted through the contact form.

Information Collected

The service enquiry form collects a name, business or brand name, email address, requested service, project objective, preferred timeframe and confirmation that the information may be used to respond. The website also records the submission time and enquiry status. A privacy-friendly counter records only the visited page path, calendar day and an aggregated number of views. It does not create an advertising profile, store a visitor identifier or save an IP address in the analytics table. Technical information may still be processed temporarily by the hosting service where necessary to deliver and secure the website.

How the Information Is Used

  • Review and respond to service enquiries.
  • Understand the requested project and decide whether it is a suitable fit.
  • Prepare a discovery conversation or proposal when requested.
  • Understand which pages are useful through aggregated daily view counts.
  • Maintain an organised record of communication and project decisions.
  • Protect the website and enquiry form from misuse.

The enquiry form is not used to subscribe people to marketing messages. Marketing consent would be requested separately if email marketing is introduced.

Legal Basis

Information is used to take steps requested before a possible contract, to pursue legitimate business interests in answering and managing enquiries, and to meet legal obligations where applicable. Where consent is specifically relied on, it can be withdrawn.

Sharing and International Services

Information may be processed by suppliers that provide website hosting, database, communication or security services. Access is limited to what is needed for the service they provide. FormSubmit currently delivers a copy of each service enquiry to CrenavoLab’s business mailbox and may temporarily retain the submitted form data for delivery and recovery purposes. Payment information is not collected by this website; when store checkout becomes active, customers will enter payment details on Stripe’s hosted checkout under Stripe’s privacy terms. A fulfilment provider may receive the limited delivery information needed for a physical order, and will be identified before that service is activated. Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom and must use appropriate safeguards where required.

Retention and Security

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, manage any resulting project, meet legal or accounting duties and resolve disputes. Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on the circumstances, people may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of their personal information. They may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. A request can be emailed to hello@crenavolab.com or made through the contact form. Identity may need to be confirmed before information is released.
