Enquiries and Proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve availability. CrenavoLab may ask questions, decline work outside its capability or availability, and prepare a tailored proposal where the project is a suitable fit. Work begins only after the written scope and required commercial terms are accepted.
Scope, Timing and Changes
The proposal identifies deliverables, milestones, review stages, client responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, fees and payment timing. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change, additional fee or revised timetable. Dates depend on timely access, content, decisions and feedback from the client.
Client Materials and Approvals
The client must have permission to provide and use the names, images, text, data, trademarks, music, accounts and other materials supplied for the project. The client is responsible for checking business facts, regulated claims and final approvals. CrenavoLab may refuse content that appears unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing.
AI-Assisted Work
AI may support research organisation, drafting, visual development or workflow design where suitable. Human review remains part of delivery. The proposal may identify limitations, disclosure needs, data restrictions and approval responsibilities for a particular use case. Confidential or sensitive information should not be supplied unless the agreed workflow is suitable for it.
Ownership and Portfolio Use
Ownership and licence terms are confirmed in the project proposal. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. CrenavoLab will not publish client work as a case study without the permission required by the applicable agreement.
Fees, Cancellation and Support
Fees, deposits, payment dates, cancellation arrangements and any continuing support are set out in the proposal. Maintenance, advertising spend, platform charges, hosting, paid licences and later revisions are excluded unless expressly included. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
