How Projects Work

A Clear Process from First Enquiry to Organised Handover.

Every project is adjusted to the commissioned service, but the working principles remain consistent: understand the need, agree the scope, review meaningful work and deliver something ready to use.

Visible Project Planning

Good delivery starts with an organised plan.

Scope, review points and responsibilities are made visible before detailed production begins.

Brief → Scope → Create → Review → Handover

Before Work Begins

A Proposal Turns the Brief into an Agreed Piece of Work.

An enquiry is not treated as an automatic order. CrenavoLab first reviews the goal, the requested service, the available information and whether the project is a suitable fit.

If the next step is appropriate, a focused discovery conversation is used to confirm the requirements. The resulting proposal states the deliverables, timing, feedback arrangements, responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions and fees. Work begins after the scope is agreed.

Working Principles

Three Commitments Behind Every Engagement.

These principles shape how CrenavoLab recommends solutions, makes decisions with clients and delivers work across locations.

Direction

Strategy Before Tools

The business need, intended user and required outcome are defined before a platform, model or technology is recommended.

CrenavoLab begins by understanding what needs to change, who the work must serve and how success will be judged. We review the existing process, available information, risks, constraints and internal capability before recommending an approach. This prevents unnecessary software purchases, unsuitable automation and creative work that looks polished but does not solve the underlying problem.

What this means for the client

You receive a reasoned direction, clear priorities and a scope connected to a business outcome rather than a list of fashionable tools.

Accountability

Human-Directed Delivery

People remain responsible for judgement, quality, approval and consequential decisions throughout the engagement.

AI and automation may support research, production, testing or repetitive work when appropriate, but they do not replace professional review. Named people remain responsible for interpreting requirements, checking accuracy, managing risk and approving what is delivered. Review points are built into the plan so the client can see progress, challenge assumptions and confirm important decisions before work moves forward.

What this means for the client

The final work is reviewed, explainable and owned by people who understand its purpose, limitations and effect on the organisation.

Access

Worldwide Collaboration

CrenavoLab works with clients internationally through an organised remote-first delivery model.

Projects are structured so location does not become a barrier to good communication. Discovery sessions, written scopes, scheduled reviews, secure document exchange and clear feedback windows keep the work moving across locations and time zones. Each engagement agrees the communication channel, meeting rhythm, decision owners and expected response times at the beginning.

What this means for the client

Clients receive a clear working rhythm, visible progress and reliable handover whether they are based in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in the world.

What the Client Provides

Share the goal, audience, existing materials, examples, deadlines, decision-makers and any known limits. Sensitive access or business information is only requested when it is genuinely needed.

What CrenavoLab Completes

Review the brief, ask focused questions, identify gaps and recommend the most suitable service or combination of services.

Decision or Approval

Whether the project is a suitable fit, what success should look like and what further information is needed before a proposal can be prepared.

Stage Output

A confirmed project direction and a concise discovery record used to shape the written scope.

What the Client Provides

Review the proposal, confirm priorities, identify the person responsible for approvals and provide the materials listed in the scope.

What CrenavoLab Completes

Translate the discovery findings into deliverables, milestones, assumptions, exclusions, revision arrangements and a realistic delivery plan.

Decision or Approval

What will be produced, what is outside the current scope, when feedback is due and what must be approved before work starts.

Stage Output

A written proposal and agreed project scope, including timing and pricing tailored to the brief.

What the Client Provides

Provide consolidated feedback from the agreed decision-maker, check facts and business details, and approve the direction at the stated review points.

What CrenavoLab Completes

Create, edit, test and quality-check the work. For AI-assisted content or workflows, human review remains part of the process and limitations are documented where relevant.

Decision or Approval

Whether each milestone meets the agreed goal, what revisions are within scope and when the work is ready for final preparation.

Stage Output

Approved campaign assets, content, training materials, website, application or AI-supported workflow, depending on the commissioned service.

What the Client Provides

Complete final approval, nominate the correct recipients for access or files and confirm any launch or publishing responsibilities included in the scope.

What CrenavoLab Completes

Run final checks, prepare agreed formats, organise handover materials and explain maintenance, publishing or follow-up actions where required.

Decision or Approval

That the agreed deliverables have been supplied and accepted, with any continuing support or future improvements recorded separately.

Stage Output

An organised handover containing the final deliverables, relevant guidance and a clear close or next-step recommendation.

After Delivery

The Project Closes Clearly, with Future Work Kept Separate.

Once the agreed deliverables are accepted, the handover records what has been supplied and any guidance included in the scope. Maintenance, campaign support, new features or further content can be proposed as a separate phase so expectations remain clear.
